Regulations of horse trails

  • The participants should have basic skills in horse riding and hacking out including riding in all gates. Participants should be generally fit, e.g. should be able to get on and off the horse without any help and hike a few km in the mountains.
  • The participants should bring an appropriate head wear ( riding helmet or riding hat ) and are obliged to wear it while riding and around horses.
  • Our trails can be also attended by children:
    • over 10 years old accompanied by an adult,
    • over 14 years old after sending us a permission signed by parents before the trail.
  • Please inform us in advance about the participation of a minor, so that we can choose the route and adjust the level of difficulty of the trail.
  • We reserve the right to change the route of the trail due to weather conditions and other circumstances.
  • Our horses are calm and very experienced in trail riding. However, they are animals whose behavior will never be completely predictable. Therefore, each participant choosing to take part in a trail ride, does that on his own responsibility. We as organizers are not responsible for possible damage to property or health of participants on trails.
  • Before the ride you will be asked to sign the following statement of agreement.


  • We hale liability insurance for instructors, leaders and tour operators by the polish insurance company Warta S.A.
  • We also suggest to trail participants to buy an accident insurance which covers horse riding.
  • As a EU foreigner, you should also ask at your health insurance office about EHIC card. (European health insurance card).
